The Mojito cocktail was first conceived in Havana, Cuba and consisted of five basic ingredients: white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda and mint.

It was later made famous by the American novelist, journalist, sportsman and general hell-raiser Ernest Hemingway, and is now one of the world’s most popular cocktails.

How does it work?

Freeze the liquid popsicles in a standard freezer for 24 hours (to ensure they are fully frozen) and then just enjoy!
