Product Availability

All products on our website are offered subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of products, however we will always endeavour to supply the products as shown on the website. In the unlikely event that the product you have selected becomes unavailable we may choose to substitute a comparable product which we believe you will be pleased to receive. In the event that the substitution is not to your satisfaction, please contact us on gavin@partyonline.ie so that we can try and remedy the situation. In the event that the substitution was not acceptable the course of action we will offer is an uplift of the delivered product and issue an appropriate refund.

Pricing/Descriptions/Purchases

All our prices are displayed in euros € and are inclusive of VAT. We unreservedly reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any promotions, seasonal or otherwise, made on-line are not available in conjunction with any other discounts.

We make every effort to ensure the details of the products displayed for sale on-line are accurate. Occasionally, some errors may arise and Partyonline.ie reserve the right to amend errors before processing the order. Be assured we are committed to offering you the very best possible shopping experience.

By completing and submitting the electronic order form on the Partyonline.ie website, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. By making that offer to purchase goods, you are also authorising Partyonline.ie and any payment processor used by the company to pre-validate the Debit or Credit card presented for payment for the full value of the goods and related service charges contained in your basket. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive an email, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us and payment will be processed. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion without furnishing a reason.

Shipping Charges

We offer free delivery on orders OVER €50 euro within Southern Ireland. Please allow five-business days for delivery (orders received before 1pm). Please note on rare occasions due to weather, mechanical failure, clerical error or other unforeseen circumstances the delivery may take longer than this, please accept our sincerest apologies. We will do our very best to ensure the very best delivery time is achieved. Be assured we want you to have the very best possible customer experience when dealing with Partyonline.ie. Circumstances might arise in the future whereby we will be necessitated to introduce delivery charges in this event the charges will be clearly displayed on the website.

We currently do not deliver outside of the Republic of Ireland. We hope to offer an extended service in the future.

Cancellation & Returns 

Should you be unhappy with any aspect of your order, please contact us so that we can do our very best to remedy the situation. Goods received should be inspected immediately for damaged or missing wines. If any product delivered is damaged or there is a shortage in the delivery or the goods do not match those ordered please notify us immediately so that we can fully investigate the situation. We will aim to find a suitable remedy the situation as quickly as we can. Failure to notify us of damaged or missing product within 2 hours of receiving the order may negate your right to free return and refund.

Cooling off Period 

You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 working days, which begins on the day after you receive delivery of your order. During the cooling-off period, you may cancel your order for any reason. Upon cancellation, we will make the necessary arrangements to facilitate the return of the order and will reimburse you within 30 days. While we are more than happy to help if you wish to return goods that are not faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods, these will be clearly communicated and will not be prohibitive.

Limited warranties 

Partyonline.ie will unreservedly use its reasonable skill and resources to make sure that this site is available and operates correctly on a continual basis. However, because of the number of sources from which Partyonline.ie obtains content and because of the nature of the Internet, Partyonline.ie does not give you or any third parties any other warranties for any grievances which may occur either directly or indirectly. In particular, you should not take the accuracy or availability of the information for granted and Partyonline.ie makes no warranty that the Site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. Partyonline.ie will not accept any losses or charges that may arise from interacting with this site whether direct or indirect.

Limitation of Liability 

In respect of the Content that is available on this Site, Partyonline.ie will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve faults. You agree that Partyonline.ie will not be responsible for any losses, harm in whatever guise presented, from interacting with this site or in the consumption of the products supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Partyonline.ie is committed to protecting the privacy of those using our Site. The information that you provide about yourself to Partyonline.ie will only be used by Partyonline.ie and will not be supplied to third parties that are not part of the Partyonline.ie data management regime.

Irish law will apply to this Agreement and both you and Partyonline.ie agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. All contracts that result from the use of this website are concluded in English.
